Our luxurious two- and three-bedroom
Lahaina villas feature sophisticated Hawaiian style design
and distinctive amenities that complement your relaxed
vacation lifestyle.
In response to our Owners' suggestions, Marriott's Maui
Ocean Club now offers fixed week, fixed villa Ownership
options for those who prefer to return the same time
to the same villa for their Maui vacation every year.
Floating weeks will continue to be offered, for those
Owners who prefer to vary the timing of their vacations.
Lahaina Villas break ground in early 2006, with scheduled
completion in Summer 2007. Ranging from approximately
1,200 to 1,700 square feet,
our villas come equipped with full kitchens, upscale
contemporary Hawaiian furnishings and beautiful ocean
or mountain views.
Expansion plans also include the addition of more resort
amenities, including a pool area, a new sports court and
state-of-the-art fitness center featuring sauna and steam
rooms. We'll also offer mini facials, scrubs and
massages. We'll be adding tropical landscaping complete
with new barbecue areas, and additional parking. Of course,
Owners will still enjoy accustomed pleasures like our
3.5-acre superpool, children's play areas, and oceanfront
dining.

Our new two- and three-bedroom villas are highlighted
by a full kitchen with dining area, washer and dryer
and private lanai. They are the perfect choice for
large families or extended stays. Our villas are open
and spacious, ranging from approximately 1,200 to 1,700
square feet plus lanai and feature a lock-off bedroom
suite.
