Marriott Vacation Club® International "Play with the Pros” Sweepstakes Official Rules:

1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void where prohibited by law and outside of the United States. Subject to all federal, state and local laws, regulations and ordinances. Sweepstakes begins at 8:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST) January 15, 2007 and ends at 8:00 PM PST on October 1, 2007 (the "Promotion Period"). Entries must be received by 8:00 PM PST on October 1, 2007. This promotion is sponsored by Marriott Ownership Resorts, Inc. d/b/a Marriott Vacation Club International ("Sponsor").

2. WHO CAN ENTER: The Marriott Vacation Club International "Play with the Pros" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States (excluding U.S. possessions, territories, overseas military installations in foreign countries and Puerto Rico) who are eighteen (18) years of age at time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Marriott Ownership Resorts, Inc., d/b/a Marriott Vacation Club International, or any of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, promotional, public relations, fulfillment and marketing agencies, web site providers, web masters and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners.

3. HOW TO ENTER: Between 8:00 AM PST on January 15, 2007 and 8:00 PM PST on October 1, 2007, participants may register for the sweepstakes by either (1) filling out an entry form at a Marriott Vacation Club desk or at a kiosk at any participating golf event in the continental U.S., or (2) following the instructions on "how to enter" online at www.PlayWithThePros07.com. Entries must be received by 8:00 PM PST on October 1, 2007. You must complete all required information to be eligible to enter and win. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, damaged, stolen, misdirected, unintelligible or illegible entries, which will be disqualified. Proof of sending or submission of entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor. Limit one entry per person during the Promotion Period. Bulk or automated entries, or entries submitted by third parties, are prohibited and will be disqualified. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the permitted number of entries by using multiple and/or different identities, forms, registrations, addresses or any other method will void that participant's entries, and that participant may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the registrant or participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to win. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded.

Entrants agree that Sponsor shall own the entries, which will not be acknowledged or returned, and that Sponsor and Sponsor's agents, affiliates or service providers may use entrants' personal information submitted with entry for purposes of prize fulfillment and/or for future marketing by Sponsor, such as to notify them of a product or promotion that Sponsor thinks may be of interest. Sponsor will not sell personal information submitted with entry to outside solicitors.

4. RANDOM DRAWING: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Don Jagoda Associates, an independent judging organization, on October 15, 2007 from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning a Sweepstakes prize depends on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified by overnight mail, on or about October 30, 2007. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable or if potential winner is disqualified or declines to accept the prize, one (1) alternate potential winner will be chosen by random drawing within seven (7) days of the date potential winner is determined to be ineligible. Alternate potential winner must satisfy all eligibility requirements. If alternate winner is disqualified or declines to accept the prize, prize will be forfeited and no further alternate winner drawings will be held. Except where legally prohibited, potential Grand Prize winner must sign (or have their parent/legal guardian sign, if potential winner is a minor in his or her place of residency) and return, within fifteen (15) days of being notified, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release or Declaration of Compliance and Release in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner fails to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release or Declaration of Compliance and Release within the required time period, or if the potential winner is unavailable to accept the prize within the time period specified by Sponsor, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate entrant will be selected in his/her place in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Two (2) alternate winner drawings will be held, after which any remaining prizes will remain un-awarded.

Verification of Potential Winner: POTENTIAL WINNER IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

5. GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive:

a. Entry for one (1) person into 2008 Bob Hope Chrysler Classic Tournament scheduled to take place on or about January 14, 2008 and travel to tournament including round-trip coach class airfare for two people from major airport closest to winner’s residence in the Continental U.S. as well as seven (7) nights' accommodation at Marriott’s Shadow Ridge in a one-bedroom villa (a one-bedroom villa accommodates up to 4 guests), two (2) practice rounds at the 2008 Bob Hope Chrysler Classic Tournament, and four (4) rounds of golf in the 2008 Bob Hope Chrysler Classic Tournament to be played with a PGA Tour Player to be determined. PGA Tour Player will be determined by the Bob Hope Chrysler Classic Tournament Committee. Winner must hold a USGA Handicap Index of 18 or less as of October 1, 2007. Winner must hold a USGA card verifying a Handicap Index of 18 or less. All Handicap Indexes will be verified by the Bob Hope Classic Club Office. If winner does not have a Handicap Index of 18 or less, prize may be transferred. There are no substitutions.

b. Private 1-Hour Lesson with Nick Faldo, to occur between December 1, 2007 and January 17, 2008, at location to be determined by Marriott Vacation Club International.

c. Complete set of custom fit and designed Mizuno® golf clubs, with personalized fitting session to occur between the dates of November 1, 2007 and January 17, 2008 at any of our four (4) Faldo Golf Institute® locations (which include: Marriott’s Grande Vista in Orlando, Florida; Marriott’s Shadow Ridge in Palm Desert, California; Marriott’s Seaview Resort & Spa in Atlantic City, New Jersey; and Marco Island Marriott Resort, Golf Club & Spa on Marco Island, Florida).

d. Three-Day Game Improvement School package taught by a Certified Faldo Golf Institute Instructor at any one of Marriott’s four (4) Faldo Golf Institute locations (Marriott’s Grande Vista ,Marriott’s Shadow Ridge, Marriott’s Seaview Resort & Spa and Marco Island Marriott Resort, Golf Club & Spa). Game Improvement package includes: breakfast each day at respective resort, fifteen (15) hours of instruction including full swing video analysis, on course instruction on day three, lunch with instructor each day, unlimited use of the practice facility and bag storage.

e. Three (3) nights’ luxury accommodations for two (2) people at any one of Marriott's four (4) Faldo Golf Institute locations (Marriott’s Grande Vista, Marriott’s Shadow Ridge in a guestroom, Marriott’s Seaview Resort & Spa, or Marco Island Marriott Resort, Golf Club & Spa in a standard hotel room), including round-trip coach class airfare for two (2) people from major airport closest to winner’s residence in the Continental U.S. Reservations are based on availability and blackout dates at the chosen resort.

Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize (ARV): $45,195.

SPONSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IF BOB HOPE CHRYSLER CLASSIC TOURNAMENT IS DELAYED, POSTPONED OR CANCELLED FOR ANY REASON, IF ANY PLAYER IS UNABLE TO PLAY IN TOURNAMENT, NICK FALDO IS UNABLE TO GIVE LESSON, OR GOLF SCHOOL PACKAGE IS DELAYED, POSTPONED OR CANCELLED FOR ANY REASON, IN WHICH EVENT THAT PORTION OF PRIZE IS FORFEITED IN ITS ENTIRETY AND NO SUBSTITUTION, REFUND OR COMPENSATION WILL BE PROVIDED EXCEPT IN SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION.

6. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Reservations are required for the resort accommodations and are based on availability and blackout dates. Travel must be completed between November 1, 2007 and January 17, 2008, or prize will be forfeited. Trip(s) must be booked at least twenty-one (21) days prior to departure. Trip(s) subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be round-trip. Sponsor reserves the right to determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight or any portion of trip. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, airfare, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of prizes not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the individual prize winner. Winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the appropriate retail value of each prize. Unless child of winner, any travel companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. Travel companion, or travel companion's parent/guardian, must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for round-trip air travel at Sponsors’ sole discretion. In the event that a specific prize is not available, Sponsor may substitute a prize of comparable value. Prize is provided “as is” and without any warranty of any kind. Prizes are transferable. Prize cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash; however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason, at its sole discretion. Winner must have valid driver’s license. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. To participate in the 4 Rounds of Golf with a PGA Pro at the Bob Hope Classic, winner must have a Handicap Index of 18 or less. Winner must hold a USGA Handicap Index of 18 or less as of October 1, 2007. Winner must hold a USGA card verifying a Handicap Index of 18 or less. All Handicap Indexes will be verified by the Bob Hope Classic Club Office. If winner does not have a Handicap Index of 18 or less, prize may be transferred. There are no substitutions.

Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Limit one (1) prize per person, and per household. Only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules is available to be won in the Sweepstakes. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded. If, by reason of a print or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, a random drawing will be held among all eligible claimants making purportedly valid claims to award the advertised number of prizes available. In event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States. Void where prohibited by law and outside the United States. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, MARRIOTT VACATION CLUB INTERNATIONAL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Neither Sponsor nor anyone acting on its behalf will enter into any communications with any entrant regarding this Sweepstakes, except as expressly set forth in these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the entry process, the web site, and/or the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes; to violate the Official Rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus or bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, which corrupt or affect the operation, administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect entries and (a) cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof); (b) modify the Sweepstakes or suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (c) award the prize from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. THIS PROMOTION IS BEING USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF SOLICITING TIMESHARE SALES.

8. Publicity: EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES WINNER’S GRANT TO SPONSOR (WHICH GRANT WILL BE CONFIRMED IN WRITING ON REQUEST OF SPONSOR), ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, FRANCHISEES, TRUSTEES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, SUPPLIERS, AND THOSE ACTING PURSUANT TO ITS AUTHORITY, THE RIGHT AND PERMISSION TO PRINT, PUBLISH, BROADCAST, AND USE, WORLDWIDE IN ANY MEDIA NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER DEVELOPED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WORLD WIDE WEB, AT ANY TIME OR TIMES, USE OF WINNER’S NAME, LIKENESS, PHOTOGRAPH, VOICE, OPINIONS AND/OR HOMETOWN AND STATE FOR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES (INCLUDING THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF HIS OR HER NAME ON TELEVISION OR RADIO BROADCAST) WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATION, COMPENSATION, PERMISSION, OR NOTIFICATION. 9. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, provided that if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING ALL PRIZES, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY. 10. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida or the appropriate Florida State Court located in Florida; (2) any and all claims, judgment, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of laws rules (whether of the State of Florida or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida.
